My name is Hayley and I'm a creative director and graphic designer who simply just loves creating. From conceptual thinking, design, video production, and event executions, there isn't much I haven't done in my 15+ years in marketing and advertising. My goal is to use creativity for good, to get to the soul of a brand and communicate to the world what makes their heart beat. People choose brands or react to campaigns because of the way they make them feel and I love the process of searching for that thing that's going to stay with them.

On top of creativity, I believe I have a unique mind for strategy as well and I truly believe one cannot exist without the other. I want to know the goals, the audience, the data, the results—that's how I find the spark that will resonate. It's like solving a puzzle and I love that process.

With me, you get a creative director, art director, and graphic designer. I come from graphic design and I will always do it, even if it's the smallest thing, I'm here to help out in the trenches. You also get an illustrator, video director, producer, and copywriter. What you won't get from me is a creative ego. We've all worked with one at some point or another and I will never be that person to any team I work on.
